Fabien Lhopital has been the owner of Lhopital Consulting since 2018. He has a Master's degree in sociology of organizations (MS). He worked before as a project leader in management study at the University of Lyon, France. He speaks French, English, and Dutch.

He has received training in eXtyles, XML workflows, publishing processes, and Adobe InDesign.
